Aloo pakora recipe | Potato Bajji | Aloo Bajji | Aloo ka Pakoda

Ingredients:

Cornmeal or semolina or rice flour3 Tablespoons

Potato Thinly sliced 3 in Quantity
Ajwain or Carom seeds1 Teaspoon
Sesame Seeds or til1 Teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder1 Teaspoon
Chopped Coriander2 Tablespoons
OilTo deep fry

Recipe: 
  1. Let's get started with mixing all the ingredients, take a mixing bowl, add gram flour, cornmeal, salt, carom seeds, sesame seeds, chopped coriander, red chilly powder and mix these dry ingredients well.
  2. Gently pour the water now, otherwise, it will form the lumps of gram flour. We need the batter in flowing consistency, but not that much. Thinly slice the potato after peel it off and add it into a bowl, now mix them all well. This mixture will look like shown in the reference image.
  3. Your mixture is ready to deep fry, heat up the oil, after that low down the flame, take a slice of potato and add it into the oil gently.
  4. Deep fry it till it coloured dark orange and its ready to eat. Please serve it hot only, it's very testy when it's hot enough.

Tips:
Don't try to add baking soda in any kind of pakoda, it's not good for health and without that also we can make Pakoda crispy by frying it on low flame.
