Murmura (puffed rice) 5 Cups
Oil4 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds1/2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds1/2 Tablespoon
Salt As per test
Onion 1 Big in quantity
Tomato 1 In quantity
Turmeric powder(optional)1/4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice1 tablespoon 
Sugar1 and a half tablespoon
Red Chili Powder1/2 tablespoon
Roasted Peanuts2 tablespoons
Chopped Coriander3 tablespoons

  1. Take a big bowl, we need to sock the puffed rice or murmura in water for about 5 min, let's proceed further till the time. 
  2. Heat up the pan add oil in it, heat it up, add mustard seeds in it, wait till it will make some noise, add Cumin seeds, onion and fry it till onion becomes golden, add turmeric powder, salt, tomato, sugar, red chilli powder, coriander and mix it will.
  3. Strain the puffed rice or murmura from water and add it, mix it well, fry it for a minute, your Sushila plate is ready, serve it with roasted peanuts on top of it.

Add some sev and lemon juice on top of it, after serving it in the plate, it will test much better.
