Bhel Recipe | How to Make Bhel | Mumbai street style bhel

Ingredients:
Item Quantity
Murmura (puffed rice) 2 Cups
Farsan1 Cup
Salt As per test
Onion 2 In Quantity
Tomato 1 In Quantity
Tamarind4 Pieces
Jaggery Powder or Sugar6 Tablespoon
Red Chilly Powder1 Teaspoon
Chopped Coriander2 Tablespoons

Recipe: 
  1. Take a grinding jar, add tamarind, jaggery powder or sugar and 5 tablespoons of water in it and grind it well and add 6 tablespoons more water in it.
  2. Take a big bowl, add Murmura, Farsan, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, our tamarind water, red chilly powder, chopped coriander and salt.
  3. Mix it well and your Bhel is ready to eat 😍 and it's too much delicious.

Tips:
Add some more Farsan after serving in the plate. 

This is the snack, which found in allover of India, with different names and with some extra ingredients like deep-fried peanuts, boiled eggs, puri (which we made earlier) etc. It contains around 230 calories. Puffed rice contains very fewer calories, its good for health and so it also helps in weight loss. 

Bhelpuri is originating from the Indian subcontinent, its a savory snack and is also a type of Chaat. It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce that's why its healthy snack. Bhel is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu.
 
Other than this it's a street for in allover in India, which we can get very cheap in price and stomach-full of quantity.

In some weight loss diet, we can have this Bhel, in which we can add jaggery powder instead of sugar with less Farsan in it. Also, we can add some cucumber or zucchini for getting more fiber from Bhel, which will increase your digestion.

It's just a quick recipe, you can also refer it as Indian Salad. This is the basic idea as we are not cooking anything here, we are having it as it is. We have just added some spices in that.
