Kadai paneer | Easy recipe of Kadai paneer

Ingredients: for 4 peoples 
Paneer cubes 200 Gram
Tomato3 In quantity
Onion3 In quantity
Garlic cloves9 to 10 medium
Ginger1 CM
Cumin seeds or Jira1/2 Tablespoon
Kasuri Methi or dry Fenugreek1/2 Tablespoon
Kadai Paneer Masala2 Tablespoon
Capsicum or bell pepper1 In quantity
Chopped Coriander2 Tablespoons
Sesame Seeds or til1 Tablespoon
Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoon
Oil6 Tablespoons
Cream (Optional)2 Tablespoons
Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

  1. Let's begin with this fantastic Kadai paneer recipe. We are going to finely chop 2 onions and tomatoes. One remaining onion and capsicum are going to chop roughly, which we are going to roast with paneer in the last step. 
  2. Heat up 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add onion and some salt. We need to fry the onion till its edges become golden brown, after that, we will add some red chili powder, ginger, garlic cloves and tomato, will keep cooking it till tomato becomes soft. 
  3. We will be going to make a thin paste out of it once it will be at normal temperature. In grinding mixture, we are going to add sesame seeds or Til as well.
  4. Now heat up a thin base pan or Kadai, and heat up 3 tablespoons of oil in it. Add capsicum, onion and paneer cubes in it and roast it quickly till some of the edges of paneer gets golden.
  5. At the end add some Jira or cumin seeds, we don't want to burn it at all so we need to be quick now its time to add the pure which we grind earlier with a half cup of water.
  6. Now mix it well and add Kadhi paneer masala. If we don't have it handy, we will mention its recipe as well. Sprinkle some Kasuri Methi or dry Fenugreek and cook it for a min.
  7. Now finally add some cream to get the creamy texture to our Kadai paneer, and add some chopped coriander with lemon juice.
