Ingredients: for 4 peoples

Paneer 200 Gram
Tomato 3 In quantity
Onion 2 In quantity
Garlic cloves 9 to 10 medium
Ginger 1 CM
Cashew nuts 7 to 8 In quantity
Cumin seeds or Jira 1/2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Kasuri methi or dry Fenugreek 1/2 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom 3 to 4 In quantity
Green chilli 2 In quantity
Chopped Coriander 2 Tablespoons
Sesame Seeds or til 1 Tablespoon
Chilly Powder  1 Tablespoon
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Condensed milk 2 Tablespoons
Full cream 4 Tablespoons
Ghee or butter 3 Tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Salt As per test

Recipe: 
  1. We are making paneer butter masala at home.😲 Let's get started with this yummy recipe. Need to chop the onion, ginger, chilli and tomato. Don't need any specific size, we are going to grind that anyway.
  2. Heat up the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil in it. Once the oil becomes hot, add cashew nuts, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilli and onion, fry it till onion becomes pink.
  3. Add the tomato and cook it till tomato becomes soft. Switched off the flame, let it cool down and then we need to grind it. Make a fine paste out of it.
  4. Now take a pan, heat up a spoon of oil and then add a spoon full of ghee or butter. Basically, oil prevents the butter from burning. 
  5. Add mustard seeds, let them crackle, add cumin seeds or jira, cardamom or laung, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi or dry fenugreek roast them for a half minute on low flame.
  6. Add sesame seeds or til, if you don't like whole seeds, you can grind it at a time of making gravy.
  7. Add the gravy we made earlier, stir it, cook it for about 5 min on medium flame.
  8. Now add a half cup of water and add condensed milk. Add some fresh cream, freshly chopped coriander and salt. Condensed milk will add some sweetness, which will balance the test and also give us a creamy texture. 
  9. Finally, add paneer cubes, lemon juice and a spoon full or 2 tablespoons of butter, cause it is a paneer butter masala. Butter is the main ingredient here.
  10. Its time to add salt as per test. Cover the pan and cook it for another 5 min on low flame. Our paneer butter masala is ready to eat. Serve it with fresh onion, butter naan, butter roti or jira rice.

Tips:
1) You can add any kind of paneer masala if you have it. It will give us more aroma in this Paneer butter masala.
2) Instead of cashew nuts, you can add the half gram flower half cashew. But, the gram flower needs to add in step- 4
