Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon

Recipe:
  1. Let's make a dough from wheat flour first, cause it need rest for about 15 min. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. We need to knead dough from it by adding normal temperature water bit by bit. We just need a dough which is not very stiff, not so smooth, just the middle part of it. Cover it and keep it aside for about 15 minutes.
  2. Till that let's make the stuffing๐Ÿ’“ Heat up the pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil in it, add onion fry it till becomes golden, if we are not adding onion we are skipping it and directly add grated cabbage, crushed cumin, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, freshly chopped coriander, sesame seeds or til, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
  3. Saute it well and cover it for another 2 min on low flame. After that saute it again on high flame to remove excess water. Now add the boiled potato in it, so the mixture gets fluffy. Now add some chilli powder and saute it again for a min.
  4. Now our stuffing is ready. Cool it down for a while, till that we do other preparation. There are 2 ways of making paratha.
  5. One of them is, we can make small potions out of the dough, it should be the size of a small lemon. We can roll 2 of them and spread stuffing on one of them and stick another one on top of it, as mentioned in referral images. Make sure after sticking of edges of it press it gently by hand to remove excess air from it and then roll it.
  6. The second one we can take a big portion out of the dough (Size of big lemon) and stretch it by hand and make a little big and then fill the stuffing in and stick all the edges like we mentioned earlier in Khasta Kachori post (we can check out the referral images of it). Now we need to roll it.
  7. Sprinkle some dry flour before roll the paratha's on the rolling pin. Paratha's are thick enough, so we need not roll too much.
  8. Now heat up the pan to cook this paratha, choose the flat one. After the pan is hot enough, keep the paratha on it gently, cook it by one side and now flip it and cook it from another side. Spread some ghee or butter on top of it from both sides. Cook it till get brown dots on it.
  9. Our paratha is ready to eat now. Hurry, have it when it's hot enough. Serve it with pickle or yogurt.
