Recipe:
- Take a big bowl, add poha or flattened rice, add double water which is double in quantity and wash is within few second, strain it properly we don't want extra water into it. So choose the bowl properly, from which you can strain all the water from it.
- Heat up the pan add oil in it, heat it up, add mustard seeds in it, wait till it will make some noise, add Cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped chilli and fry it till onion becomes golden, add turmeric powder, salt, coriander and mix it will.
- Add poha or flattened rice into it, add sugar, lemon juice and mix it well. Fry it for about 2 minutes and you poha is ready. While serving to add deep-fried peanuts on top of it.
Tips:
Add some sev and desiccated coconut on top of it, after serving it in the plate, if you like.
