Panipuri Recipe - Mouth Watering Golgappa | puchka recipe | pani poori recipe

Cooking Time: 10min (If Puries and sev are handy)

Ingredients:
Item Quantity
Puri 12 Pieces 
Boiled Potato 1 and half
Onion 1 Small
Tamarind  4 Pieces 
Chilly Powder  1 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Mint 6 leaves
Sugar 4 Tablespoons
Sev 3 Tablespoons
Salt As per test

Recipe: 
  1.  Heat up the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil into it.
  2.  Add the ginger-garlic paste into it and fry it till becomes little golden. 
  3. Add chilly powder or Pepper powder (a bit extra preferred) and salt fry till mix up the mixture well now we can switch off the flame.
  4.  Add the boiled potato into and smash into it by smasher.
  5.  Take a grinder jar, add tamarind, sugar, mint leaves, some salt and put 5 tablespoons of water into it and grind them well. After generating fine paste, pore more half glass of water in it and mix it well.
  6. Break the 4 puri's at a time (form top side, we can use the thumb to break it well) and put some potato mixture, half tablespoon of finely chopped onion as well as the tamarind water and finally add some sev in each puri. You can add coriander leaves if you like. The final product looks like this:

Tips:
Eat this quickly as its test will go, if puri becomes soft (cause of added Tamarind  water)
