Puri for Pani Puri or Puchka (Golgappa Puri)

Cooking Time: 45min (need to rest the dough for a minimum 30 min)

Ingredients:
Item Quantity
semolina or suji or rava  1 cup
All-purpose flour or maida  1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon (as per test)
Baking soda 1 and a half pinch
Oil To deep fry

Recipe: 
  1.  Take a bowl and put semolina or suji, all-purpose flour or maida, salt, and baking soda.
  2.  Mix it well and add water generously to make a soft dough form it.
  3.  Keep it aside for minimum 30 min, covering by damp cloth.
  4.  After 30 min, divide the dough into 4 portions.
  5. Take a rolling pin and roll 1 portion from it. It will be thin as like roti. 
  6. Cut it into circles by using cookie cutter or glass.
  7. Heat up the oil in a pan, make sure the oil is too much hot before you are going to fry.
  8. Add the puri's into oil and make the gas flame low now, fry it from both sides till its golden.
  9. Remove it on tissue paper and enjoy it. 
Panipuri Puri's

Tips:
After adding puri into oil for fry press them into the oil gently, it will help to make it perfectly round. 

Now Puri's are ready, you can make too many types of snacks using it. We will be going to discuss these snacks in the next few posts. These puri's are the way much crunchy and you are gonna love it after trying the pani puri and other recipes.
